Meet the Founder

Joe Whitmer has been a commercial real estate specialist in the Dallas Fort Worth area for over 15 years. He was one of the youngest brokers to make partner at Transwestern and later started a new company where he co-managed a team of brokers focusing on the industrial sector of the business. JW Commercial is a culmination of all that he has learned over his long and successful career.

Joe specializes in the representation of companies throughout the United States with a daily focus in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He represents a broad spectrum of tenants and owners, from those with national and global presence to those with single owner/user facilities.

Joe believes that success is largely attributed to a results-driven work ethic and continually strives to gain first-in-class market knowledge to negotiate the most robust transactions on behalf of his clients. He recognizes this and a customer-first mentality as two of the most important pieces a broker must deliver to the client to achieve the best results. Joe works hard to identify client objectives, set aggressive goals, and take actions that lead to elevated customer satisfaction.
