For over 15 years our main focus has been Tenant Advisory. We consider the opportunity to represent companies and guide them in their real estate transactions a great privilege, and it is not taken lightly. We represent groups both large and small, having from local to national presence. And the process always starts with gaining a true understanding of the client’s needs. We first work to produce a clear definition of the project goals, both near and long term, to understand the main objectives and how each objective ties in to the bigger picture. We then develop a specific strategy with a clear purpose to meet the defined objectives with the best results possible. We also adhere to a single point of contact throughout the process to increase efficiencies and to ensure you work with who you hired.
